Holy cow! I am so sore! I woke up at 4:50am for the past few days to hit the gym and do cardio and then hit the gym again after work to do some weight training...lemme tell ya...that's a hard task. And my body is so sore! My abs are hurting and I haven't even done any ab work...
*blank stare*
How is that even possible? LOL.

This is gotta be one of the hardest things I have ever done, but having already dropped 23.3 pounds, I'm so motivated to keep it going. I can look like that, it's not going to happen tomorrow, or a week from now, not even a month from now...It's going to take time and dedication, which I have! And putting my progress on here will help keep me accountable. So stay tuned...
