What I Did: Exercise - I did Zumba a couple of times this week. I gotta admit, this was a hard week for me. I started two more classes this week also, giving me a total of 4 classes. Not to mention I work full time. Can you say tired? Whoa....
Diet - Still doing Terry Starks Clean eating plan. It's pretty much like my mom's. 5 small meals every 3 hours or so. Water, water, water....high protein, low carbs.
How I feel: I feel pretty good, just a little bummed about my exercise. I have to schedule better this week to be able to get it all done. I also I have to figure how to fight my tiredness...I am very motivated though and ready to tackle this week full on! Mom, I see you...I'm comin' for ya! LOL
