Ok, so...the 2013 Heart Walk is coming up in September and I plan to be there to do the 3 mile walk. That I can do, done it before. But there is also a 5k run. I don't run unless I am being chased, in which case you might wanna run too!
But I really want to challenge myself to do this 5k. I feel it deeply, and that's weird. LOL. I think this is just what I need to push myself to the limit. To be back in full swing with my workouts and finally get that image I see in my head to be reality. I will log all my progress and stories of my training here on the blog. Please comment b/c I will need your support to get through this. Any encouragement, suggestion, or even your own personal stories are much needed and welcomed. So here's to giving it your all. Lets see how it goes!
